![]() | For attention of the Managing Director - Pebley Beach SwindonWe've been good customers of Pebley Beach since we moved to Swindon over 2 and a half years ago. We've bought both a new Suzuki Vitara and a used Hyundai Coupe in that time and both have been regularly serviced first at your Wroughton base and then at Swindon. Last week my wife's car (the Hyundai) developed a problem. I won't go into the details, but my wife has asked me to thank you for the very helpful and prompt way that you dealt with the issue and in particular that you we able to get the car back on-the-road on Tuesday in time for her to make an urgent trip to my daughter and her new born baby in Somerset. No only did you fix the problem very quickly, but the car now drives much better! We would particularly like to mention the helpful assistance we were given by Lloyd Pickup. He was brilliant, (as always) and his helpful and positive manner is what all really good customer service should be about; he is a great asset to your business. This is to take nothing away from your other staff in the service team who are always helpful and friendly. ![]() | I would like to express my thanks to Sean Quirk of Hyundai dealers in Pebley Beach Swindon Wilts.I have recently changed my mobility car and the service I received from Sean was outstanding. When I went looking for a new mobility car, Sean welcomed us with open arms in a professionally but friendly manner and not pushy. I am an amputee and Sean understood my needs immediately and he even suggested that I must get my wheelchair out of my car and try in it the boot of the showroom model, he also arranged a test drive in an automatic for me. Sean listened and took in what I was asking and he answered to me, not just my husband as previous garages had done. Sean's friendly manner, politeness and regular updates were a bonus in ordering a new car. I would certainly go to Hyundai again and I would strongly recommend Pebley Beach Swindon.
